In 2011, Yung-An obsolute salt field at Kaohiung area was rebuilt as the largest solar energy electricity plant in Taiwan. It supports yearly electric power for thousands families. Yet there is also a conflict interest between the economic progress and environment protection. Yung-An project had raised a big protest from the wild bird association group.
